Initial condition – The structure of the table was completely loosen. Numerous cracks and tears. Missing components: profiled and carved strips, one of the legs on the left side of the table and central foldable board. Entire surface was complete ruined, peeling and crumbeling in many places. The fitting was very dirty but complete, only the key was missing.

The restoration process – Complete dismounting of the object. Purge of weatherworn hide glue. Complement of carvings and production of the missing leg and central board. Overall removal of the surface finish. Re-glueing of the drawers corpus. Application of a new surface finish including the lining. Cleanup of the fitting followed by final assembly into one piece.
